b. Public Hearing to determine if the structure at 403 Ware Street (Fairvicw Block 18, Lot 7) fails to comply with the minimum standards because of one (I) or more of the five stated conditions listed in City Code Chapter 7; Article II, Dangerous Buildings: Section 7-19, Minimum Standards.
c. Public Hearing to determine if the commercial structure at 838 S Main Street. Lot 2. Block 2. Range 1 South Del Rio fails to comply with the minimum standards because of one (1) or more of the five suited conditions listed in City Code Chapter 7: Article II. Dangerous Buildings: Section 7-19. Minimum Standards.
d. Public Hearing to determine if the structure at 417 Linda Visla Dr: (Lot 21 & E/2 22. Block 6, Monte Carlo Addition) fails to comply with the minimum standards because of one (1) or more of the five stated conditions listed in City Code Chapter 7; Article II.
