5.e. Amendment to the City of Del Rio Code of Ordinances – Chapter 30, Article XII, Special Permits and Conditions The proposed amendment will revise Chapter 30 (Zoning) of the City of Del Rio Code of Ordinances to update the City’s procedures for reviewing certain discretionary land uses. The amendment will reorganize and revise Article XII to establish separate procedures for Special Exceptions considered by the Board of Adjustment and Special Permits considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council; establish review criteria and conditions of approval; identify uses subject to each review process; and establish provisions for certain uses requiring site-specific review.
