5.a. ORDER #2026-007 Request Authorization to Appoint a Civil Service Director

5.b. ORDER #2025-008 An order in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing an examination for the position of Entry Level Firefighter Exam with the Del Rio Fire Department, setting a date, time and place for such an examination, and directing the Civil Service Director cause the posting and publication of all applicable notices.

5.c. ORDER #2026-009 - Certify and Approve the Senior Officer Police Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.d. ORDER #2026-010 Certify and Approve the Police Sergeant Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.e. ORDER #2026-011 Certify and Approve the Police Corporal Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.
