5.a. ORDER #2025-021 - An order to certify and approve the Fire Department Engineer Eligibility Active List in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing the Director to certify the names on an eligibility list before the Fire Chief and City Manager can make any appointments

5.b. ORDER #2025-022 - An order to certify and approve the Police Corporal Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments

5.c. ORDER #2025-023 - An order to certify and approve the Police Sergeant Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.d. ORDER #2025-024- An order to certify and approve the Fire Department Lieutenant Eligibility Active List in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing the Director to certify the names on an eligibility list before the Fire Chief and City Manager can make any appointments.

5.e. ORDER #2025-025 - An order to conduct a Police Lieutenant Promotional Exam in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing an examination, setting a date, time and place for such an examination, and directing the Civil Service Director to cause the posting and publication of all applicable notices.

5.f. ORDER #2025-026 - An order to certify and approve the Fire Department Captain eligibility active list in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing the Director to certify the names on an eligibility list before the Fire Chief and City Manager can make any appointments.

5.g. ORDER #2025-027 - An order in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing an examination for the position of Entry Level Police Exam with the Del Rio Police Department, setting a date, time and place for such an examination, and directing the Civil Service Director cause the posting and publication of all applicable notices.

5.h. ORDER #2025-028 - An order to authorize the lateral hiring of a Police Officer in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Del Rio and the Del Rio Police Officers Association, the Del Rio Chief of Police received an application for employment under the Modified Lateral Hiring Process of a current law enforcement officer.

6.a. ORDER #2025-019 - An Order modify the date to conduct a Police Corporal Promotional Exam in accordance with Chapter 143 of the Texas Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules authorizing an examination, setting a date, time and place for such an examination, and directing the Civil Service Director to cause the posting and publication of all applicable notices.

In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments
