5.a. ORDER 2025-007 - Certify and Approve the Police Lieutenant Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify and approve these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.b. ORDER 2025-008 - Certify and Approve the Police Sergeant Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.c. ORDER 2025-009 - Certify and Approve the Senior Officer Police Promotion Eligibility Active List. In accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code, the Director must certify these names on an eligibility active list before the Police Chief and the City Manager can make any appointments.

5.d. Order 2025-011 - Discussion to Grant Authorization for the Lateral Hiring of Courtlyn Martinez, a Current Law Enforcement Officer, in Accordance with the Modified Lateral Hiring Process Established by the Current Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of Del Rio Police Officers Association and the City of Del Rio

Request by the Civil Service Director for Authorization to Set a Date, Time and Place to Conduct a Promotional Examination for the Position of Del Rio Police Department Corporal in Accordance with Chapter 143 of the Local Government Code and the Local Civil Service Rules and to Direct the Civil Service Director to Post and Publish all Applicable Notices
