7.b. Change of Accomodation for Councilperson Jesus Lopez to attend the Texas Municipal League 112th Annual Conference and Exhibition in Houston, Texas from October 8-11, 2024. Councilman Jesus Lopez is requesting a change of accommodation based on the distance of the hotel accommodations selected for the mayor and all members of council. The Councilman's requested hotel is closer to the venue and the cost is $350.00 per night and the hotel selected for the Mayor and Council is $229.00 per night.
